Premier Electrical Contractors is a family-owned electrical shop on Granite Avenue in Mariners Harbor, Staten Island. Owner Michael Livia opened the business in September 1994 and holds NYC Master Electrician License 11210; his grandfather and father were licensed electricians, and his brother holds a license today.
The company works in Staten Island homes of every age:
- Panel installation and replacement, subpanels, fuse box swaps and 100 or 200 amp service upgrades
- Whole or partial rewiring, including knob and tube and aluminum wiring
- DOB and ECB violation removal, wiring inspections and home inspection repairs
- Kitchen, bathroom, basement and HVAC circuits, pool and hot tub wiring
- Indoor, outdoor and recessed lighting and home EV chargers
